Authorization and fraud prevention

Payments may be authorized or reviewed before an order is accepted. An order may be delayed, declined, or canceled if payment authorization fails or if additional verification is required.

Payment problems

If a payment fails or a duplicate authorization appears, contact us and include your order details. We do not request complete card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, cryptocurrency transfers, or payments to personal accounts by email.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method according to the Refund Policy.
